The Spencer on Byron Hotel in Takapuna, Auckland has opened a new restaurant called Thyme Restaurant on the first floor.

It replaces The Dining Room Restaurant and offers a new dining concept with a fresh menu that changes regularly based on what produce is in season and can be sourced locally whenever possible.View the menu at www.spencerhotel.co.nz
